Zoom Recruitment is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our client in Port Hedland, WA, working full-time hours (40 hours per week). What You'll Be Doing Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email Assist trade and industrial customers with product advice and sales Receive, dispatch, and manage stock while maintaining product displays Support promotions, upselling opportunities, and product demonstrations Safely handle gas cylinders and assist with yard and forklift duties Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant store environment Process orders, quotations, and customer enquiries efficiently What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work in a busy retail or trade environment Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Basic computer skills (SAP experience advantageous) Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen Two recent and satisfactory work references Forklift Licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain Experience in industrial, welding, safety, or trade-related products is highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the right candidate Why Apply?
