About the Role We are seeking an experienced Hypercare Coordinator / Project Coordinator to support a major technology project through its go-live and hypercare phases. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident working across large stakeholder groups to ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations. Working closely with both business and technology teams, you will play a key role in tracking defects, coordinating issue resolution, managing risks and actions, and driving accountability throughout the hypercare period. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced delivery environments and thrives on keeping multiple workstreams aligned and moving forward. This is a 6-month contract based in North Ryde , with occasional regional travel required to support project activities and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate hypercare activities following project go-live Track and manage defects, issues, actions, and delivery risks Facilitate meetings and workshops with business and technology stakeholders Drive follow-up actions and accountability across multiple teams Support readiness activities leading up to go-live Monitor progress and escalate risks or blockers where required Coordinate communications and status reporting throughout hypercare Ensure effective collaboration between business and technology teams Support Project Managers and Delivery Leads with governance and coordination activities Skills & Experience 5 years' experience in Project Coordination, Project Support, PMO, or Delivery Support roles Experience supporting technology, digital, systems, or transformation projects Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate large and diverse stakeholder groups Proven experience supporting go-live, deployment, transition, or hypercare activities within a project environment Experience managing defects, actions, risks, issues, and delivery dependencies Strong meeting facilitation, coordination, and follow-up skills Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to work proactively, prioritise competing demands, and drive outcomes Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, mature, and collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
