Collaborate with the catering team to create bespoke chocolate items for events and special occasions. Manage inventory of chocolate ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability. Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with clients to understand their preferences and offering recommendations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a chocolatier or in a similar role within the hospitality and catering industry. A strong understanding of chocolate tempering and moulding techniques. Creativity and a passion for chocolate, with the ability to innovate and develop new products. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality confections.
