We are proud to be partnering with the Illawarra Women's Trauma Recovery Centre, an Australian-first specialist service supporting women impacted by domestic, family and sexual violence through trauma-informed counselling, case management, therapeutic groups, and holistic recovery supports. We are seeking an Impact Coordinator to support the collection, management and reporting of outcomes data that demonstrates the effectiveness of the Centre's innovative model of care. Working closely with the Head of Impact and Lived Expertise, this role will help ensure data systems are accurate, secure and aligned with the Centre's reporting requirements. About the Role You will: Coordinate the collection, entry and maintenance of impact and outcomes data. Review and audit records to ensure accuracy, confidentiality and data integrity. Assist with the preparation of reports that highlight program outcomes and demonstrate impact. Support the planning and coordination of impact-related activities, meetings and documentation. Work collaboratively with staff to strengthen data collection processes and improve data quality. Identify trends and provide support and guidance to staff around data entry processes. Promote trauma-informed, culturally safe and inclusive data practices. About You You will bring: Experience in data management, reporting, administration and impact measurement Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace skills, together with experience using databases or CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to confidentiality, privacy and trauma-informed practice. Relevant qualifications in social sciences, public health, community services, data analysis or a related discipline. Experience within health, community, advocacy or not-for-profit settings will be highly regarded, as will an understanding of domestic, family and sexual violence and a commitment to social justice.
