This is a permanent position Role Details: Facilities Source and liaise with external suppliers e.g. pest control, cleaning, waste management Maintain Preventative Maintenance Schedule Update Material Safety Data Sheets Financial Assist with Debtors' Report Pay car insurance etc Update daily exchange rates Send bank statements to Head Office monthly Check and approve credit card receipts for Product Engineer Assist with month end reporting Human Resources Organise training opportunities for staff, as required Office Management Maintain shared & personal email address and shared calendar Order stationery & office supplies Booking accommodation, hotels, car hire for respective Line Managers Organising social events when required Projects - coordinate with Administration Manager Customer Sales Process purchase orders Organise dispatch Process customer invoicing Investigate and respond to Expediter Reminders Issue customer statements upon request EH&S Conduct monthly safety observations Reports Maintain OTD report Quality Conduct monthly internal quality audits Assist with Annual Audit Survey Requirements Outlook and MS Office proficient Proven general administration experience Great communication skills
