This position will play a key role in leading Site Supervisors, maintaining build quality, driving operational performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. Backed by a significant and secure pipeline of work due to a parent company/group, the business is focused on sustainable growth rather than rapid expansion. Build volumes will continue to increase at a pace that supports both the success of the company and the ongoing development and wellbeing of its team. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and support a team of Site Supervisors across multiple residential projects Monitor construction programs, build quality and site performance Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support to construction teams Drive accountability, consistency and best-practice construction processes Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, NCC standards and company procedures Manage subcontractor performance and maintain strong trade relationships Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Current WA Registered Builder Practitioner Licence (essential) Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager within the WA residential building industry Previous experience in a Construction Manager, Area Manager, Building Manager or Senior Supervisory position Strong technical knowledge of residential construction, NCC requirements and WA building regulations Proven leadership capability with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Strong focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes What’s On Offer Competitive salary package of $160,000 – $200,000 Super, with performance-based bonuses available.
