16th June, 2026 Concrete Leading Hands / Concrete Workers / Formworkers Kewdale Project Location Possible Burswood Yard Start Monday to Friday | Approx. 8:00am – 4:00pm / 9:00am – 5:00pm Immediate Start Pending Confirmation Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Concrete Leading Hands, Concrete Workers and Formworkers for upcoming project work with our client, who delivers high-quality civil, commercial and architectural projects across WA. This opportunity will be based on a project in Kewdale, with the possibility of candidates being required to meet at the client’s Burswood yard prior to site to assist with loading or collecting materials/equipment. This project requires an immediate start and will be ongoing. Available Roles & Rates: Leading Hands / Senior Concrete & Formwork Personnel $58 – $70/hr super, pending experience For experienced candidates with strong concrete/formwork backgrounds, previous leadership exposure and a current Tilt-Up / Tilt Panel Ticket. Ticketed Concrete Workers / Formworkers $55 – $65/hr super, pending experience For experienced concrete workers or formworkers holding a current Tilt-Up / Tilt Panel Ticket. Experienced Concrete Workers / Formworkers $50 – $60/hr super, pending experience For experienced concrete workers or formworkers without a Tilt-Up / Tilt Panel Ticket. What will this role see you responsible for? Depending on your experience level, your duties may include: Leading, coordinating and supporting concrete construction works on site Assisting with planning and completing daily site tasks Concrete construction works across commercial/civil projects Formwork preparation, set up, installation and stripping Assisting with concrete pours, placement and finishing works Assisting with tilt-up / tilt panel works where ticketed and experienced Supporting labourers and other site personnel where required Moving materials, tools and equipment around site Using hand and power tools where required Assisting with site preparation, clean-up and general construction duties Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area Following all site safety procedures and construction requirements What do you require to be successful for this position? Previous concrete construction and/or formwork experience Previous leading hand or senior site experience highly regarded for leading hand roles Tilt-Up / Tilt Panel Ticket required for higher paid roles Construction White Card Reliable transport and current driver’s licence Strong work ethic and ability to work well on site Ability to follow instructions, work safely and take initiative Full working rights Availability to commence at short notice Interested?
