We are partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit an experienced Quality & Education Coordinator . Why should you apply? $120,000 Super 17.5% Leave Loading Monday to Friday role – no weekends 12-month contract with immediate impact Modern, premium aged care environment Opportunity to influence quality and education outcomes Work closely with senior leadership and clinical teams Supportive and collaborative culture Well-established provider with strong resources The role Lead quality and compliance initiatives across the service Deliver education and training programs to clinical and care staff Support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement Monitor clinical indicators and identify improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with aged care legislation and standards Provide guidance on SIRS, restrictive practices, infection control and quality systems Partner with managers and clinical leaders to improve care outcomes Assist with audits, reporting, and governance activities Support and leadership This role sits within an established leadership structure and works closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Manager to support quality outcomes across the home. You will have the opportunity to influence practice, mentor staff, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement while supporting a committed and resident-focused team.
