Description Create and execute annual go to market and strategic marketing plans Develop, manage and be accountable for the marketing budget Conduct Proactive end user market research to gather insights to market dynamics and identify incremental opportunities Product Optimisation through regular product analysis and review of market trends Organise and execute key sales and marketing programs (promotions, advertising, PR, communications) in conjunction with the sales managers Develop and manage all marketing integrated programs including digital and print advertising, lead generation, tradeshow, promotion management and sales support related to the specific market segment and products Develop and publish editorials, case studies, brochures and advertising material for the assigned market segments and product categories Development and delivery of distributor / end-user product training sessions Provide regular in field support including distributor / end-user presentations, trade shows and conferences Monitor and report on topical industry information and competitor intelligence Plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaign in association with digital marketing specialists in the team. Monitor and report performance metrics of digital campaigns to gather customer insights. Liaise internally with key stake holders i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Technical and Supply Chain and Logistics Teams to ensure marketing needs are met. Culture - Fast Paced, Collaboration and open communication, Flat structure with shared accountability Ensure work practices are in compliance with the relevant Workplace Safety legislation All other duties as may reasonably be required by the business Work Arrangement - 5 Days in Office Profile Minimum 5 years prior experience in B2B marketing within at least one of professional market sectors (Industrial, Food, Commercial or Automotive) Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing plans and budgets with Project Management Experience ( Managing timelines, volume, and delivery, overseeing multiple projects, collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Pricing) Brand Management experience - Brand development & positioning, Transitioning from product to solutions-based offering, Creation of new assets (e.g., brochures, campaigns), Working closely with external agencies, NRM (Net Revenue Management) and profitability modelling Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing communications and lead generation across various paid and owned channels of communication including social media. Proven successful communication and presentation skills Infield customer-facing experience, launching, promoting and training on product offering Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects whilst consistently executing within planned deadlines Organised self-starter willing to take the initiative to get things done and work with all levels of internal and external stake holders Strong analytical and negotiation skills Proficient computer skills - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience with data visualisation tools such as excel, Tableau or PowerBI.
