The Role As an Intermediate Accountant, you'll work across a broad range of taxation and compliance engagements while continuing to develop your technical capabilities under the guidance of experienced leaders. You will gain exposure to a diverse client base and have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while progressing your career within a growing firm. Your responsibilities will include: • Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals • Preparation of Business Activity Statements and compliance reporting • Assisting with tax planning and advisory engagements • Managing client queries and building trusted relationships • Working with a variety of business structures and industries • Supporting senior team members on more complex matters • Developing your technical knowledge through ongoing mentoring and training About You • 2 years' experience within Australian public practice • Commenced or completed CA/CPA studies (or intending to commence) • Sound taxation and accounting knowledge • Strong communication and client service skills • A proactive and team-oriented attitude • Desire to continue developing your career within public practice The Perks • Salary package of $75K – $85K Super • Southport or Coolangatta office locations • Exposure to a diverse and established client base • Ongoing mentoring and professional development • Genuine career progression opportunities • Collaborative and supportive team culture • Stable and growing firm with an excellent market reputation Interested?
