As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Optical Dispenser / Receptionist to become the second full-time team member, working closely with the Practice Owner and Principal Optometrist. About the Role This is a full-time position working five days per week , including Saturday , comprising four weekdays (Monday to Friday) plus Saturday. You will be responsible for: Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service. Managing appointments and reception duties. Assisting patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their lifestyle and visual needs. Processing spectacle orders and repairs. Handling health fund claims and payments. Maintaining patient records and practice administration. Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. Technology & Systems Optomate / Optomate Touch Practice Management Software.
