Description About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to join Wilderness School as a Senior School Administrator, playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Senior School. Reporting to the Head of Senior School, you will provide high-level administrative, operational and student support, ensuring the smooth functioning of Senior School activities, events and processes. You will work closely with staff, students and families, coordinate key administrative functions, maintain accurate records and systems, and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for our school community. This is a permanent part-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment where no two days are the same. This role works 37.5 hours, 43 weeks per year. About You Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support within a complex and fast-paced environment Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports and meeting documentation Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and respectful relationships with students, families, staff and external stakeholders Experience coordinating events, meetings, functions or school-based activities High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 and confidence learning and using new software systems and databases Ability to exercise sound judgement, initiative and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team A welcoming, flexible and service-oriented approach to supporting the needs of a diverse school community Skills And Experiences At Wilderness School, we know that people thrive when they feel supported, valued, and inspired.
