AM RN: 7:00am – 3:30pm PM RN: 2:00pm – 10:30pm Night Duty RN: 10:30pm – 7:00am About the role As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership across the home, support care teams and help ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with aged care legislation and quality standards. Provide clinical leadership and oversight to care teams Supervise Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders and Care Services Employees Allocate duties to support safe, effective and efficient service delivery Support best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards Promote clinical excellence and contributing to continuous improvement Support a respectful, resident-focused and team-based care environment About you You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical judgement, professionalism and a collaborative approach to care. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills Empathetic, respectful and team-focused approach Flexibility to work across a rotating roster Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle Eligibility Be currently residing in Australia with full working rights Be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997 Start making a difference today This is a rewarding opportunity to use your clinical skills, leadership and compassion to support residents in a caring regional community.
