Slaughterperson: Perform slaughter of cattle in line with animal welfare and plant standards. Skills and experience You have worked as a meat boner, slicer or slaughterperson before. You can use a knife safely, keep it sharp and work at line speed. You know beef cuts or slaughter steps and can follow work instructions. You are physically fit and can do hands‑on work in a cold, fast‑moving plant. You come to work on time, work well in a team and follow safety rules.
