Atom Resources are currently working with a contractor delivering major data centre projects across NSW, supporting them on the hire of an experienced Contract Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid role within a live project environment, supporting the commercial delivery of complex, fast-paced builds. Brief below: Key Responsibilities Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account Variations, progress claims, and cost reporting Supporting project teams with commercial decision-making Reviewing scopes, contracts, and managing risk Working closely with site teams and project stakeholders What We’re Looking For Experience as a Contract Administrator within construction Exposure to data centre, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects Strong understanding of subcontractor management and commercial processes Ability to operate in a fast-paced, live site environment Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Contract Specifics Rate: $1000-1200 per day (negotiable DOE) Contract Length: 6-12 Months Working Arrangements: Hybrid If you’re a Contract Administrator open to contract opportunities, feel free to apply or reach out for a confidential discussion.
