This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable workplace experience and a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business qualification. As a Business Trainee, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our Property Development & Leasing Team, delivering efficient administration to support project work across the Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions Group portfolio in new build, renovation, and lease projects. This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Officer who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business. The Traineeship will involve: Email inbox triage and allocation Weekly upload and processing of payments 365 invoice processing Invoicing support Managing the filing and recording of documentation on shared network drives Scan and input data into relevant folders or systems Collection and distribution of mail General administrative support to the Property & Leasing team as required What will you bring to the role? An aspiration to work in an office environment & be an administration superstar! Typing and data entry skills Experience using Microsoft Office and outlook programs Professional and courteous manner (customer service skills) The ability to quickly learn in-house software & systems A strong work-ethic, be reliable and punctual Driver's Licence is highly regarded Be able to obtain a Blue Card, NDIS Workers Screening and Police Check Willing to participate in a pre-employment medical and pass a drug and alcohol test Ability to work Monday to Friday full time Who We Are?
