The successful candidate will ideally have two years’ post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation for employers/insurers. This is a genuine growth role for the right candidate, offering the opportunity for clear career progression within a supportive and nurturing environment. The Statutory Insurance NSW - Workers' Compensation section is a defendant insurance legal team which has approximately 70 people across the Sydney and Newcastle office. About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience: minimum two years' of post-admission experience; experience working in the personal injury space, specifically Workers' Compensation for employers/insurers; experience on the defendant side is ideal; clear, concise legal writing skills; strong attention to detail; a strong commitment to client service; ability to mentor and supervise junior members of the team; and initiative and the ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
