FULL-TIME Permanent Role | Superannuation Benefits Wingfield SA Location | Great team | Great Earning Potential | Allowances About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Maintenance Fitters to join the maintenance team at Baiada's Wingfield Facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring plant equipment and production lines operate efficiently through proactive maintenance, fault finding and repair. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment including conveyors, processing machinery and mechanical systems. Shift, Salary & Real Earning Potential Base Rate: Level 1 $40.56/hr | Level 2 $42.18/hr (after 12months) Loaded Rates (12hr roster built in) Level 1: $42.77/hr | Level 2: $44.48/hr Full-time | 12 hour shifts Consistent rotating roster 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off Choose your preference: Day Shift: 6:00am-6:00pm or Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am (No forced rotation - stick to what suits your lifestyle) 3 x 15-minute paid breaks | 1 x 30-minute unpaid break There are 2 OT shifts available, if the roster is followed & OT shifts are completed.
