About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a small field-based team responsible for equipment deliveries, installations, and operational support activities across metro and regional areas, with occasional interstate travel. This is not a desk-only management role. You will be expected to lead from the front, assist with installations and logistics operations, coordinate scheduling, solve problems on the fly, and ensure projects are completed safely and professionally. The role suits someone with strong leadership ability, transport and logistics exposure, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
