About You We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual who thrives on turning data into action. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring Glowming’s wellness products move seamlessly from production to customer delivery. You’ll evaluate supply chain and product delivery workflows to identify improvements or recommend operational changes. This may include overseeing route activities such as invoicing, managing electronic billing, and monitoring shipment status. Job Description: Supply Chain Analyst Supporting the development of goals, strategies, and plans to enhance customer experience and optimise resource use. Analyse supply chain, inventory, logistics and supplier performance data. Identifying organisational gaps and improvement opportunities using continuous improvement and changemanagement methods. Assessing current systems, structures, and capabilities to evaluate effectiveness. Providing client recommendations based on gap analysis to address organisational challenges. Provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decision-making Preparing proposals to update processes, streamline workflows, and redefine roles to drive innovation. Assisting with the implementation of approved recommendations. Coaching and mentoring individuals in a team. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; OR Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience in supply chain analysis, logistics coordination, or related roles. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, fleet management, and route optimization.
