Job Details Based on the Young Crossing Project, this role provides administrative support to the team and offers a great opportunity for someone looking to build their administration experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities and Requirements Provide administrative support, including data entry, email management, record keeping, and general office duties Obtain quotes and coordinate orders for uniforms, PPE, and stationery Demonstrate basic computer skills and strong communication abilities Work effectively within a team environment Possess strong organisational and time-management skills Be able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Support day-to-day administrative operations across the team Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Perform duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Benefits Full time 12-month contract including paid annual and personal leave Access to 1:1 mentoring Paid weekly About You We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented individual with a genuine interest in building a career in business administration.
