Community based paediatric caseload across the Central Coast Competitive salary range NFP and benefits salary packaging Join a supportive multidisciplinary team with role progression and PD Qualified Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics | Central Coast We are partnering with a large organisation seeking a passionate and confident Occupational Therapist to join their Therapy and Behaviour Support team, delivering paediatric OT services to children and young people across the Northern Suburbs of the Central Coast. You'll work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that takes a holistic, capacity-building approach to supporting children, their families, and mainstream services. About the role Provide Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention and training to children and young people across a range of settings, including the home, schools, and the community Engage clients and their support networks using a person-centred, strengths-based approach focused on capacity building and upskilling Develop realistic, measurable goals in collaboration with the individual, their support network and colleagues Use specified data collection tools and outcome measures to record and demonstrate changes in a child's function Participate in the development and review of client support plans and NDIS progress reports Liaise with key stakeholders including families, schools, NDIA Planners/LACs, and relevant service providers Maintain accurate clinical records and work within NDIS guidelines and child safe standards Who we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or higher and current AHPRA registration Ideally 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally including experience in paediatric and NDIS A current driver's licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Criminal History Check First Aid and CPR certification Demonstrated ability to manage workloads and clients with complex needs within a multidisciplinary team A genuine commitment to continuing professional development and evidence-based, person-centred practice What's on offer Competitive salary range, dependent on experience NFP salary packaging A competitive benefits package including a sign-on bonus plus additional benefits A supportive team culture with clinical supervision and professional development opportunities How to apply For a confidential discussion or to find out more, please contact Courtney Besgrove at Cb@asr.com.au.
