Garment Technician - Underwear | Full Time Are you passionate about garment quality, fit, and technical excellence? We're looking for a detail-oriented QA / Garment Technician to join a collaborative product team and play a key role in bringing high-quality intimates and underwear products from concept through to production. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of garment development and thrives in a fast-paced apparel environment. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain garment specifications, measurements and technical packs Conduct fit sessions and provide recommendations to achieve optimal fit and comfort Review samples for workmanship, fit, grading and construction quality Manage grading and specification updates throughout the development process Liaise with offshore factories to ensure consistency in fit, sizing and garment construction Perform quality assurance checks, including wear, wash and performance testing Maintain sample archives, blocks and technical records Support compliance and quality standards across product categories What We're Looking For 1–2 years' experience in a QA, Garment Technician or Technical Development role within apparel Relevant qualification in Fashion, Clothing Production, Textile Technology or a related field Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, pattern making and grading Experience creating specifications and technical documentation Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail Confident in communicating with offshore factories and cross-functional teams Experience in intimates or underwear is highly regarded PLM experience is advantageous but not essential What's on Offer Join a supportive and collaborative product team Work on exciting product development projects from concept to production Opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and career Modern, pet-friendly office environment A business that values quality, innovation and teamwork If you're passionate about fit, quality and creating products customers love to wear, we'd love to hear from you.
