The Role This is a Business Development Manager role with genuine ownership of the Victorian territory, focused on driving growth across the foodservice channel. You will take responsibility for developing new business while strengthening existing relationships across distributors, manufacturers and end users. This is a hands-on, field-based role offering autonomy, variety and the opportunity to work across a broad and established customer base. What You’ll Be Doing Drive new business development across the VIC foodservice market Manage and grow relationships with distributors, manufacturers and end-user customers Execute territory plans aligned to sales budgets and strategic objectives Present to key stakeholders across customer sales and management teams Maintain a structured call cycle and proactively manage territory activity Attend industry events, trade shows and customer engagements Travel regularly across metro and regional Victoria to engage customers Who This Suits This role suits a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional who understands the dynamics of the foodservice market.
