Key Responsibilities: You will play a key role in securing and setting up projects for successful delivery. Responsibilities include: Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction projects. Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation. Conducting detailed quantity take-offs and building cost plans. Assessing project risks, opportunities, and construction methodologies. Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations. Managing RFIs, clarifications, and tender submissions. Working closely with project managers and delivery teams to ensure pricing aligns with project execution strategies.
