We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of a residential lifestyle development in Bairnsdale. You’ll be responsible for delivering both residential & commercial elements of this land mark project which includes 200 units & a $5 MIL clubhouse. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion Drive construction program and coordinate trades effectively Maintain strong OH&S standards, site compliance, and documentation Deliver high-quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specifications Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers About You Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction Strong knowledge of OH&S, NCC, and local building standards Ability to manage multiple trades and meet program deadlines High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes Confident communicator with strong leadership skills What’s on Offer Secure pipeline of work with established developer/builder Supportive and well-structured business Autonomy to run your own site Long-term career opportunity If this sounds like you, apply below.
