About the Role: This is a newly created Training Manager role with real scope to shape, influence and embed training capability across operations. You’ll take ownership of mandatory and certification-based training across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring a consistent, structured and forward-looking approach to compliance and capability. This role sits right at the intersection of strategy and delivery - giving you the opportunity to design the framework, influence stakeholders and see it come to life across the business. Key areas of focus include: Owning and lifting operations training and compliance frameworks across multiple sites Leading training and safety compliance gap analysis, and building clear training matrices Embedding structure, consistency and governance across manufacturing environments Driving visibility through clear, forward-looking compliance reporting Supporting rollout and optimisation of the Learning Management System Partnering closely with operations leaders, safety teams, HR and SMEs to embed practical solutions Developing and refining training materials aligned to operational needs Leading change and improving how training is planned, tracked and delivered Managing and developing a direct report About You: Strong experience in operations training within manufacturing or similarly complex environments Proven ability to operate across multi-site, operational workforces Comfortable travelling to site on an ad-hoc basis to support leaders and maintain strong engagement with a distributed workforce Strong knowledge of training compliance, certification frameworks and audits Able to build credibility quickly and influence operational leaders at all levels Practical, structured and outcomes-focused, with the ability to bring clarity to complexity Enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery Why this role: Newly created role with the opportunity to shape and build something meaningful Work across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment with real variety Strong stakeholder exposure across operations, safety and HR A genuine blend of strategy and execution - see your work make an impact Opportunity to move training from reactive to structured, proactive and best practice High level of ownership, visibility and influence How to Apply: If you are confident that your experience reflects the above criteria, please apply online quoting Ref no: 4041945.
