Full-time Housekeeping Trainer Position Overview Empire Hospitality is seeking an experienced Full-time Housekeeping Trainer to support our Sydney hotel partners by delivering high‑quality, consistent, and compliant training across all housekeeping functions. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on coaching teams, elevating service standards, and ensuring operational excellence. Monday to Friday only. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery — Facilitate onboarding, refresher, and upskilling sessions for Room Attendants, Housepersons, Public Area Attendants, and Supervisors. Standards & Compliance — Ensure all training aligns with Empire Hospitality procedures, WHS obligations, and 5‑star brand standards. Skills Assessment — Conduct competency checks, practical demonstrations, and performance evaluations. Documentation & Reporting — Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and improvement plans. Operational Support — Provide on‑floor coaching, room inspections, and corrective guidance during live operations. Continuous Improvement — Identify training gaps, propose solutions, and support quality audits. Qualifications & Experience Housekeeping Experience in 4–5 star hotels (minimum 2–3 years). Previous Training or Supervisory experience highly regarded. Strong knowledge of WHS, manual handling, infection control, and hotel brand standards. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work across multiple hotel sites within Sydney CBD and surrounds. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate travel between sites.
