About the Role: Full-time positions with varying roster patterns, including rotating shifts (including weekends where required). Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions in a professional and empathetic manner. Identify customer needs and provide effective, timely solutions. Build strong relationships through clear and engaging communication. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes. Accurately document customer interactions across internal systems. Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with care and efficiency. About You: Experience in a contact centre, customer service, or customer experience role. Strong communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy. Confident problem solver with the ability to navigate complex enquiries. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new technologies. A team player with a positive, customer-first mindset.
