Key Responsibilities Lead revenue accrual analysis and reporting across multiple funding streams and clients. Assist with month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journals and financial reporting. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports. Support grant and funding accounting, including acquittals and compliance reporting. Develop and maintain cashflow forecasts. Manage statutory reporting obligations including BAS, FBT, ABS reporting, WorkCover and Portable Long Service Leave requirements. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support treasury activities and cash management processes About You CA or CPA qualification Strong experience with month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial analysis. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience within not-for-profit, healthcare, community services, government-funded, or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded. Exposure to TechnologyOne and/or Power BI will be advantageous.
