We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a Service Centre and deliver outstanding support to customers. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. What you’ll be doing: As a Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Service Centre Operations Manage the day-to-day running of the service centre Schedule and oversee repairs, servicing, and maintenance of equipment Diagnose and coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine issues Team Leadership Lead, train, and support service technicians and apprentices Plan and coordinate team workloads Monitor work quality and team performance Recruit and onboard new team members Business & Performance Manage budgets and track service centre performance Drive service revenue and control costs What we’re looking for Good leadership and team management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Well-organised with good time management Experience working with mechanical equipment (e.g. turf, construction, tractors, or similar) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools Comfortable using computers and systems Additional requirements Valid Australian driver’s licence Ability to travel when required To apply Should you wish to join a market leading company with strong ‘People Values’ and believe you have the necessary skills to succeed please apply
