You will: Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care Support residents with complex dementia-related needs Respond effectively to clinical changes and behaviours of concern Promote dignity, comfort and safety in a home-like setting Collaborate with care staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care About You You are a caring and adaptable clinician who enjoys variety and thrives in a team-focused environment. You will demonstrate: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) Experience in aged care and/or dementia care (highly regarded) Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Flexibility to work across weekday AM, PM and/or night shifts Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities A commitment to person-centred, respectful care Compliance Requirements National Police Clearance (within 12 months) NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid & CPR Why Brightwater?
