What’s on Offer Permanent Part Time – Night Duty Shifts: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 23:00 – 07:15 A supportive team environment with strong clinical leadership The opportunity to truly specialise in dementia care About the Role As the Night Duty Registered Nurse, you will take the lead in delivering safe, responsive, and person-centred care across the site. This role requires confidence in clinical decision-making and the ability to work autonomously while being supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for: Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating clinical care Supporting residents with complex dementia-related needs overnight Responding calmly and effectively to changes in condition or behaviour Promoting dignity, comfort and safety in a homely environment Collaborating with care staff to ensure continuity and quality of care About You You are a calm, capable and confident clinician who thrives in a night duty setting and has a genuine passion for dementia care. You will demonstrate: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) Proven experience in aged care and/or dementia care Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills The ability to work independently and lead overnight shifts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to person-centred, respectful care Compliance requirements: National Police Clearance (within 12 months) NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR (current) Why Brightwater?
