Provide expert support and education for core clinical systems, including AlayaCare (Residential), MediMap, Pixalere , and other associated platforms. In this role, you will: Work closely with the Digital PMO Team, Applications Team, App Training Team, and Subject Matter Experts to develop clear, concise and high quality end user documentation and training materials and effective delivery of end user training Provide first level support to Uniting AgeWell system users as required Design and facilitate training sessions to enhance user capability and system adoption Support the implementation and optimisation of clinical applications within Residential Aged Care environments Play a key role in supporting the users during times of system upgrades and/or enhancements with the preparation and maintenance of application documentation e.g. QRGs, FAQs, User Guides, videos and answering training related queries Assist with any project work, typically software upgrades or implementations About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.
