We're specifically seeking an experienced Technology Trainer from the legal sector who understands the unique systems, processes and pressures of a law firm environment. The Opportunity You'll join a progressive national firm with a significant investment in technology, innovation and user adoption. Working closely with IT, applications and business stakeholders, you'll take ownership of technology learning initiatives across the firm, helping drive engagement, capability and adoption of key platforms including: Aderant / Elite 3E iManage Microsoft 365 Copilot Legal applications and emerging technologies You'll have the opportunity to influence training strategy, develop engaging learning content, facilitate workshops and play a key role in helping the business maximise its technology investment. Responsibilities Delivering engaging classroom, virtual and one on one technology training Creating eLearning content, videos, guides and knowledge resources Driving adoption of new technologies and AI tools Partnering with IT and business stakeholders across the firm Identifying capability gaps and implementing learning solutions Managing technology learning initiatives and training programs nationally Skills and experience required Previous Technology Training experience within a law firm Hands on experience with Aderant or Elite 3E Experience training users on iManage Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills A genuine passion for technology adoption and user learning Unfortunately, applicants without previous legal sector experience and exposure to Aderant or Elite 3E will not be considered.
