Your new role Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting Provide commercial insight to support growth, new clinics and acquisitions Deliver accurate, timely reporting to executive and board Drive revenue performance, profitability analysis and cash flow management Oversee payroll, commissions and workforce cost management Strengthen financial controls, compliance and audit processes Optimise systems, reporting capability and scalable processes Manage banking, treasury, tax and external stakeholder relationships What you need to succeed CPA/CA qualified with 10 years senior finance experience Proven background in multi-site or complex business environments Strong commercial acumen with high-level stakeholder engagement Experience in forecasting, financial modelling and business partnering Ability to operate both strategically and operationally What you get in return This role offers a rare opportunity to partner directly with the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a growing, multi-site healthcare business.
