Responsibilities What You’ll Do The Sales Development Representative is responsible for creating early-stage pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across Oracle’s Cloud portfolio. This role focuses on high-volume prospecting, campaign follow-up, and discovery conversations that uncover business needs related to cloud, data, AI, and applications. You will: Generate and qualify new demand through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, digital campaigns, and account-based outreach. Engage prospects to understand current business challenges, buying signals, and cloud transformation priorities. Position Oracle Cloud’s value proposition across OCI, Data, AI, and SaaS Applications at an introductory level. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to progress qualified opportunities. Use CRM, sales engagement tools, analytics, and AI-assisted platforms to improve outreach effectiveness. Maintain accurate prospect, account, and opportunity information in sales systems. What You’ll Need 2 to 5 years of B2B sales, business development, SaaS, cloud, data, analytics, or applications experience. Strong interest in AI, data-driven decision-making, automation, and enterprise applications. Ability to communicate technology value in business terms. Curious, organized, proactive, and comfortable learning complex solution areas. Experience using CRM, campaign tools, or sales engagement platforms.
