Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) Location: North Sydney | Onsite Contract: 3–4 months Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 super About the Opportunity We are partnering with a leading, rapidly growing infrastructure organisation delivering large-scale, complex projects across Australia. With a significant project pipeline expected to be announced in the coming months, the business is entering a high-growth phase and scaling its workforce accordingly. This is an opportunity to join during a critical period of expansion, supporting the mobilisation of multiple major projects and contributing to a high-volume hiring environment. The Role Working within a lean and collaborative Talent team, you will provide end-to-end recruitment support across a broad portfolio of roles. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work (300 hires anticipated), this role will play a key part in delivering immediate and future hiring needs. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, taking ownership of recruitment processes while also proactively building talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities Manage full end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned to upcoming project demands Advertise roles, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews Manage offer processes including salary negotiations Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs Conduct proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, including outreach and candidate engagement Support high-volume hiring activity across multiple projects Contribute to the delivery of a large-scale annual graduate program Maintain strong candidate experience and “keep warm” talent pools About You Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure Strong sourcing capability, particularly via LinkedIn, SEEK and Indeed Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical roles is highly regarded Open to Working Holiday Visa candidates with relevant experience Open to agency recruiters who want to move into Talent Acquisition Why Apply?
