As the Administrative Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to a senior adviser, you will manage priorities, coordinate business activities, and ensure the smooth running of client and team engagements. Key responsibilities include: Complex diary and inbox management for a senior adviser Coordinating internal and client meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, agendas and follow-up actions Preparing presentations, reports, meeting papers and client documentation Organising domestic and international travel, accommodation and expense management Providing executive support to assist with business priorities and stakeholder coordination Supporting client relationship management through timely follow-up and administrative assistance Coordinating team meetings, action registers and ongoing business initiatives Planning and delivering client and team events, from logistics through to post-event follow-up Liaising with internal teams to support business development and client engagement activities Assisting with project coordination and process improvement initiatives Providing broader administrative support to the advisory team when required What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner or senior administrative professional supporting senior stakeholders Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong judgement and discretion Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience using AI and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency Financial services, wealth management or professional services experience will be highly regarded What you'll get in return Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a high-performing teamCollaborative and professional working environmentExposure to high-net-worth clients and sophisticated advisory servicesOngoing learning and development opportunitiesCompetitive salary package and employee benefitsFlexible, hybrid working pattern What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
