Long term career opportunity in a leading agribusiness Key grain quality, food safety and inventory role Based in Thebarton, South Australia or within an agreed service area About the role Bunge is seeking a Field Services Officer to join our Quality, Food Safety, and Inventory team. This role is responsible for supporting operational sites and ensuring they meet company standards and expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in grain classification, food safety, and grain supply chains. This position primarily covers the greater Adelaide agricultural region, including Bowmans, Tailem Bend, and Adelaide ports. Occasional travel within South Australia and interstate will also be required. Duties Visit operational sites to provide guidance on inventory management, quality, and food safety Lead and conduct monitoring programs at site Audit Bunge facilities to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and manage corrective actions through to completion Complete inventory clearances and weigh overs Train and support operational staff and classification trainers on standards, procedures and equipment Contribute to the development and implementation of classification procedures, documentation, training, and technologies Collaborate with and support other members of the Field Services team About you Minimum of 2 years Grain Commodity Classification and operational experience in the grain handling industry Knowledge of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems is desirable Internal audit experience would be highly regarded Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive About us Bunge connects farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
