Job Title: Product Support Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Support Engineer to join our team in Wangara, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for our range of screen media products, including rubber, polyurethane, and wedgewire screen media. Reporting to the General Manager WA, you will work closely with the Sales, Service, and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer service needs are met and provide technical expertise for new product development. Provide comprehensive technical support for screen media products across Australia, including rubber, polyurethane, and wedgewire types. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for screen media products throughout Australia Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to identify customer needs and trends Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and engage with technical teams for new product development Continuously improve service offerings by working closely with sales and operations teams Travel within Australia, interstate, and potentially internationally as required Qualifications: Tertiary qualified desired, or at minimum: Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma; Demonstrated experience within the mining sector, specifically with screening applications, is highly regarded Skills and experience with screen media products is highly regarded Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD/Creo/SolidWorks, and the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings is highly regarded.
