The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead a Victorian-based audit and assurance program within a large and complex Personal Injury business. Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk – Personal Injury, you will lead a high-performing QA team and play a critical role in ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance while driving continuous improvement and strengthening operational risk management across the business. This is a highly visible leadership role with strong stakeholder engagement across internal leadership teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Quality Assurance professionals Manage the end-to-end audit and assurance program for the Victorian business Deliver independent, objective assurance and actionable insights to stakeholders Identify emerging operational risks and partner with Operations on remediation strategies Develop and enhance reporting, data analytics and performance metrics Oversee Health Check and Tier 1 assurance programs Collaborate with senior stakeholders including regulators and executive leadership Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and internal control requirements Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting to senior leadership forums About You You are a strong people leader with deep expertise in audit, assurance and the Victorian workers’ compensation scheme. You bring a commercial mindset, strong stakeholder influence and a passion for continuous improvement. Essential Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience in audit or quality assurance, including 3 years in a leadership role Extensive knowledge of the Victorian Workers Compensation scheme Strong understanding of WorkSafe Agent contracts, including APA and Schedules B, C & G Proven people leadership experience with the ability to drive high performance Advanced analytical capability, including interpreting data and identifying performance trends Excellent report writing and communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Desirable Experience within personal injury or WorkSafe/Agent environments Understanding of operational risk in a personal injury context Relevant tertiary or professional qualification (e.g. audit, risk, personal injury) Why Apply?
