Leading company in its field Hybrid work environment Permenant position Brisbane Based Green Light Australia are partnering up with a leading company to engage an accomplished Project Controller/Coordinator to join their team in Brisbane on Permanent position. Project Coordination & Governance Develop, maintain, and monitor project coordination plans, schedules, and key milestones. Support project governance activities, ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and reporting standards. Manage the Project Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring changes are appropriately assessed, documented, approved, and communicated. Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder forums, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and action tracking. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare and distribute monthly project reports, including executive summaries and detailed project performance reports. Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and key performance indicators. Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities. Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools to support informed decision-making. Risk & Issue Management Facilitate project risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders. Maintain project risk and issue registers, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated. Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies and contingency plans. Escalate critical risks and issues to project leadership as required. Financial Monitoring & Cost Control Interface closely with Finance teams to monitor project expenditure, forecasts, commitments, and budgets. Track project costs and support financial reporting activities. Assist with cost control processes and variance analysis. Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial governance requirements. Stakeholder & Project Services Coordination Act as a central coordination point across project services functions. Facilitate collaboration between project delivery teams, PMO, finance, procurement, and operational stakeholders. Ensure project documentation, records, and reporting are maintained accurately and consistently. Foster effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in Project Controller, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar project support roles. Strong understanding of project governance, project controls, risk management, and reporting frameworks. Experience preparing executive-level and detailed project reports. Knowledge of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles. Proven ability to facilitate risk workshops and maintain RAID registers. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Experience working in large-scale infrastructure, engineering, mining, utilities, or complex project environments is highly regarded.
