Based in the CBD, they offer a 3:2 hybrid work environment, and have a down to earth & collaberative culture They are divesting a large division of their business, and need to complete the separation of their IT systems. This will incorperate the unwinding of tenancies, separation of data, etc The role They want a Business Analyst/Project Manager to own the final aspects of the separation, ensuring the appropriate global stakeholders have been engaged, the project thorough specced & scoped and then ensuring the (global) technical teams handle project through to completion. As suh to need to be equally confortable handling initial stakeholder engagement, documentation of requirements, providing thorough tracability, mapping out a project plan, getting stakeholder approval & buy in, ensuring the availability of resouces, the final delivery of the separation. It's fair to say the easy wins have been made. This is about tackling the hard bits. Being a global business, there will be some out of standard business hours meetings. So who are we looking for? A candidate equally at home manging projects and handling business analysis Someone with proven experience separating a single enitity into two separate businesses Stong stakeholder engagement & management skills Experience working with formal Projct Mgmt methodologies (like Prince2) A flexible, collaberative nature The ability to start on relatively short notice (ideally 1-2 weeks) And what;'s in it for you?
