What You'll Do Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online channels with accuracy and efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our luxury brand standards. Provide guests with detailed information about accommodation, dining and hotel facilities. Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through personalised recommendations and upselling. Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs before arrival. Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
