Seeking an IT Organisational Change ManagerBased in Adelaide, SA Your new company A leading higher education institution is seeking an experienced IT Organisational Change Manager to join a large, multi-year transformation portfolio. Your new role Working within the IT Change Management function and reporting to a senior leader in change and adoption, you will play a critical role in driving the successful rollout of key initiatives across IT infrastructure and application environments. This role focusses on embedding change across people, process, and technology, while minimising disruption to business-as-usual operations. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to lead change initiatives, drive meaningful engagement, and enable timely adoption of new technologies across a diverse workforce of academic and professional staff. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders and business owners to build awareness, understanding, and readiness for upcoming change initiatives Assess and manage change impacts across people, processes, and technology Design and deliver targeted communications to support behavioural change and adoption of new systems and infrastructure Coordinate training and enablement activities to support successful transition to new ways of working Monitor adoption, resistance, and change risks, providing insights to program governance and leadership teams What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience (5 years) delivering large-scale IT organisational change initiatives within complex environments, including cyber security programs Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide transformation and embed sustainable change Strong experience developing and implementing end-to-end change strategies that drive stakeholder engagement and technology adoption Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and impactful messaging across diverse audiences Ability to tailor engagement approaches to suit varied stakeholder groups and drive alignment and buy-in What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV. 3003018
