They are now seeking a talented Residential Designer to join their team and play a key role in creating thoughtfully designed homes that meet both client expectations and buildability requirements. What you’ll be doing: Deliver high-quality, market-ready designs across single-storey, double-storey and rural homes Partner closely with Sales Reps and key stakeholders to turn client visions into finished dream homes Ensure every design is fully compliant with R-Codes, Australian Standards, BCA and relevant Shire requirements Interpret and assess DAP and LDP documentation to produce accurate, compliant schedules Apply smart, cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality or functionality Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, high-energy approach to work Produce standout, eye-catching elevations using industry-leading 3D software Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot challenges and keep projects running smoothly What you’ll need: Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in residential design across single-storey, double-storey and rural homes within the WA market A Diploma of Drafting and Design (or equivalent industry qualification) Strong, practical proficiency in Archicad — this is a must A sharp eye for aesthetics, layout and seamless design flow Proven ability to problem-solve and think on your feet High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance Solid understanding of various construction methods including double brick, timber framing and brick veneer Full working rights in Australia What’s in it for you: Generous remuneration package Free onsite parking Great company culture Various career progression opportunities How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button.
