About the Opportunity As a Senior Engineer , you will lead the delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects across a rural road and stormwater network. You’ll provide expert technical advice, oversee project performance, and mentor team members while contributing to Council’s broader goals. What You’ll Do Lead and manage civil construction and maintenance programs, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Plan, direct, control and evaluate operational activities and project delivery Prepare specifications, estimates and technical documentation for projects Oversee minor and major projects, including supervision of construction teams Monitor project performance (time, cost, quality) and provide detailed reporting Provide expert technical advice and contribute to policy and process development Mentor engineers, technical staff and trainees, fostering capability and growth Analyse and present project data to support informed decision-making Drive innovation, continuous improvement and adoption of new practices Deliver high-quality customer service and stakeholder engagement About You You are an experienced and motivated engineering professional who thrives on delivering complex infrastructure projects and leading teams.
