You’ll help deliver consistent, high-quality food while supporting the wider kitchen team during service. Your role will include: Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard Supporting the leadership and wider kitchen team Following food safety, allergen, and hygiene requirements Assisting with stock control and minimising waste Keeping your section clean, organised, and service-ready Reporting equipment or maintenance issues as required Working flexible shifts as part of a rotating roster This is a hands-on role where reliability, teamwork, and pride in your work are key.
