You will own the full brand and communications remit - strategy, creative direction, PR, partnerships, events, content and campaigns. All of it - where it goes, how it shows up, and the standard it holds. Define and evolve Hommey's brand strategy, visual identity, tone of voice and market positioning Build and protect brand consistency across every touchpoint - product, eCommerce, retail, performance, packaging Lead annual PR calendar and agency partnerships, with proactive media positioning across AU and US Oversee influencer strategy and brand partnerships that build awareness and drive revenue Lead go-to-market for new product launches, seasonal campaigns and category expansions Set the creative vision for all content across owned channels - social, editorial, in-store and on-site Define brand health metrics, track share of voice, and connect brand investment to commercial outcomes Lead and develop a team of 8, including 4 direct reports: Senior Creative Content Manager, Senior Social Media Manager, and Influence Manager Who We're Looking For You are strategically rigorous and taste-driven. You hold a high creative standard without making it precious, and you bring calm to ambiguity rather than waiting for it to clear. 8 years across brand, marketing and communications - at least 3 in a senior leadership role Experience building or transforming a consumer brand that people genuinely connect with - lifestyle, home, fashion or consumer goods Strong PR and media instincts - you understand how coverage is really earned Exceptional written communication - you set the standard for how the brand writes and speaks Commercially minded - you connect brand activity to business outcomes and track it accordingly Experience managing creative and comms agencies with high expectations and a collaborative approach Proven ability to lead and develop in-house creative teams Comfortable moving between strategic and executional work without losing pace Genuine curiosity for home, interiors or design - lived taste, not job requirement Experience scaling a DTC brand into international markets, ideally AU and US And the non-negotiables - you set your own standard and do not need to be told twice.
